I was drooling over the new 03's at the track this weekend, they had the new 125's & a 300 sx. I ran in the over 40 on my 125 and all the old guys kill me in the straights with their "big bores" so I was wondering how a 200 would do since they are suppossed to handle like a 125 but pull closer to a 250.

I had never heard of a 300sx either till I saw it. I doubt it's a production bike, it belongs to Chip Munn (KTM dealer) and is a sweet looking bike. Those that have ridden it say it's unbelievable and has to much power :aj:
I'm reasonably sure he had it built to sx specs, being a dealer he would have a better chance to access things like that.
I took pics of the 03 125's but not the 300sx, wish I had of.

Check out Dirt Rider Magazine September 2002 issue. They have an article on a 300M/XC that has been converted to what they call an SXS. Anyone can order these parts through KTM's Hard Parts catalog. Even works suspension. Yes it is a little pricey, but you could pick and choose to build the bike of your dreams. The one they tested has over $5100 dollars worth of modifications. Check it out. I personally want to ride the new 200SX. That very well could become my next bike.
