Also you may have been overheating a bit due to the slow going from the looks of the sprocket and chain you are due for replacements ( that master link clip looks a bit thin) it would be best to tear down the bike and check all the bearings and regrease anyhow try to shake your wheel side to side and check the bearings too Glad you made it out..like me, you can thank your KDX for that...many other bikes are much harder to control/ handle in tricky stuff [/QUOTE]
