New here..Need help on Carb size for CR250

Hi all..This is my first post here becuase i couldnt' bring anything up in the search engines..What i am wondering is if somebody dosn't mind could they give me the carb sizes, for the different era's of the CR250's..The one i'm mainly interested in is the 86 CR250..I know that it is a PJ but not sure if its a PJ34, PJ36 or a PJ38..I have a 86 CR250 carb but not sure of its size.. Could somebody please save me some grief and give me a clue :D

Try looking up the carburator for the various year models on the parts section of servicehonda.com.

An 86 CR 250 uses a PJ 38 carb.

Yes, an 88 CR 250 uses a PJ 38 as well. I believe 86-96 CR 250's all used PJ 38's if I remember correctly. The 97 went to the powerjet carb, and they have used a few different carbs since 97.
