hi i was just wondering which replacement reeds are better for an 01' RM250, boyesen pro series reeds or vforce2. i was also wondering that is the vforce2 replacement reeds for the stock reed cage or for the vforce2 reed cage because i know the boyesen pro series reeds are for stock applications?

This will not answer your question but, boyesen pro reeds wear faster and produce less power then their Power Reeds and yes the boyesen reeds are all to replace the stock ones.

I really like the V-Force reeds on my bike. It has better throttle response and more low end (on the low tension setting). The reeds themselves won't work in the stock reed block. You have to buy the whole set up from them but it is worth it.

i can't afford the v-force reed cage, but the only thing i want to do is replace my worn out stock reeds with boyesen reeds and i was just wondering out of like the several differnt reeds that boyesen makes, which one is the best for durability and performance.

VForce replacement reeds only fit the VForce reed cage, so that option won't work for you.

Boysen Pro Series will fit your stock reed cage. They are the best of both worlds; fiberglass for low end response, carbon fiber to control high RPM reed float.

MotoSport has them for $35.

Good luck, Steve.
