Hey guys, This week I finally bit the bullet and purchased 2 gallons of VP Ultimate 2. I have been running C-12 and have the bike jetted crisp. I changed out the jetting incrreasing the main by 1 size(360) and dropped the needle down to the second position. I have to say i was quite impressed. At the track it was still running lean, so I turned in the airscrew 1/4 turn. It worked well, I noticed increase throttle response, but no improvement on the top end. I think it was still running lean on the top. Do I think it work $10.00 a gallon. No?? Did I have fun trying it out? Yes. Plus what a smell. It is almost too much. If I was racing for money I think it would be worth it, but to spend $40.00 in gas everytime I go riding is just not feasible. Also it left a white powdery residue on the silencer. I thought that was odd.
