Yeah, I am gonna take a three day ride that week, sort of in spirit of DW, but we're all outta whack. Escrow got pushed back a bit, and with three families to move there's plenty that could go wrong. Plus, this year we have 4 of us (me, bro-in-law, nephew & new riding friend) and we'd have to buy a trailer, which is another thing we don't have money for. Gotta keep our noses clean until escrow closes.
Eat plenty of green, leafy veggies Beef. Broccoli is good. And strawberries & watermellon are like Nature's pipe cleaners. But it can't help to supplement your diet with at least a tablespoon of fiber. I like psylluim husk- it's the main ingredient in most fiber supplements.
