00 cr80 bogs after being completely rebuilt

My friend has a 2000 cr 80 he picked up for his kid and the top end was blown. He had the top end, bottom end, and carb all rebuilt professionally and a new stator put in. Now it starts up rides for a while then it just bogs out and sometimes it will start back up and sometimes it wont. Any idea? thanks

Thats what I was thinking too I haven't seen the bike yet to check but doesn't really make sense that it starts up sometimes afterwards. I guess it could be still.

I would say somethings in your carb, I would at least take the bowl out and see if there isn't any gummy stuff floating around, and if any trash go ahead and clean the whole carb
