03' 125SX exhaust valve adjustment

Okay, here it goes. A while back I read a post regarding adjustment of the exhaust valve on an 03' 125SX. It mentioned that a measurement should be taken from the top of the cylinder to the bottom of the exhaust valve and adjusted to achieve some extra ponies. The same author of this post also mentioned installing an SST pipe and running the bike on a dyno. I haven't been able to find the thread and was looking for some help or that information. Thanks.
