03 KTM 250sx Questions

Hoping somebody here can help me with a few questions i have about this bike.
1, What torque do i tighten the triple clamp bolts to ?
2, What is the best fuel / oil ratio when using a good oil ?
3, Which of the two ignition timing marks are for best performance ?
4, What are the factory stock compression and rebound clicker settings for the front and rear shocks ?
