I accidently pulled the power valve lever out of the bottom of the case where the cylinder slided down onto the nipple. Can I assume that since it turns I believe clock wise, that I insall it all the way to the left so that it can move around with spring tension on it with it's full range of motion. Also when installing the cylinder onto it, does the lower portion in the case need to be preloaded against the spring or left all the way over with no tension on it. If someone can explain the procedure for reinstalling the jug over the powervalve on the bottom I'd appreciate it. Thanks..
