200 EXC, 2004 vs 2005 model ??

Hi there, I going to buy a 200 EXC from motorcycle-brokers,com soon, but I found that the price difference is kinda big, the 2004 200 EXC, with USA specifications is $4900 and the 2005 (not listed in the page, they emailed me the price), $5800 .... thats almost 1k difference (but still cheaper than buying it in my country)...

If I bought the 04 model, would I miss something ? is there any weight, engine or suspension difference i must be aware of ? Is it a good deal for a 2005 ?

2005 has inproved forks, shock and frame. thats the biggies.
