Buying heavier springs

I am riding motocross and i weight 210lbs i have a stock 2002 cr125 and i need to buy heavier springs for the forks and shock. I have gone on to race-tech and phoned a company here in ireland. My problem is that i keep getting qouted different spring rates. Everyone tells me .445kg/mm for the forks but i have had a range of rates for the shock from 5.100kg/mm to 5.7kg/mm I NEED HELP! I dont want to buy the wrong ones. Can anyone suggest which one seems the right one

You could use the stock fork springs, they are .44kg. Might be kind of hard to get a 5.1kg shock spring so you'd probably be looking at either 5.0 or 5.2 If it were me I'd go 5.2. for mx use.

It's a European bike so the stock fork springs are actually .42, the stock shock spring is 4.7. So do you think getting the .445 and 5.2 is still a good idea?
