Did'ja ever say something that was a show-stopper?

I did last night. The conversation was between myself, Paula(wife), and Samantha(daughter) while sitting down for dinner. The topic had turned to email, and my wife was telling my daughter that I had recently changed her email to a Cox.net address. I was inocently offering to do the same for Samantha, but this is what came out.

Paula-"Keith gave me a Cox email."
Samantha- "You got Cox?"
Keith- " Want one?"
I believe the world actually stopped its rotation for a split second.
I turned about 40 shades of red.
Paula spit milk out of her nose.
Meanwhile, Samantha was busy picking her jaw up off the floor.

It was the best laugh we've had in a while :)

So, how 'bout it? any other foot in mouth candidates?
