I know this is a dirt forum, but everyone out there always has a wealth of knowledge to share so please bear with me. I need new shoes for my Kenny Roberts Special, and I can't find any decent tires listed anywhere, only "touring" tires. Dunlop told me to see my local dealer, who is no help at all. Sizes are 90/90-18 and 110/80-18, front and rear respectively which are small by today's standards, but I find it hard to believe there are no sticky tires available any more. Thanks to all for any help you can provide. Ride safe...

Check for suppliers of vintage race rubber, they should be able to get you the proper sizes in sticky compounds. Sorry, can't come up with any particular names at present, but search under vintage racing and you'll find some.
