On a RM250 Eric Gorr suggests:
"Most pros switch to a Hinson Racing clutch basket and pressure plate, combined with KX250 plates and springs. (Kaw#s, Fiber plates; 13088-1105 Metal plates; 13089-1066 Springs; 92144-1351) This set up resists learching, and slippage better than the original clutch parts. Pro Circuit UK imports Hinson clutches."
Can someone tell me if a 98 KX250 Hinson basket will fit on my 98 RM250? Thing is, I can get a complete Hinson clutch kit for a KX250 for cheap. Just don't know if the basket is interchangeable. Never done this mod. DennisKirk lists two different parts numbers for each.
