Honda Power Valves adjust

I just put a top end on my 05 CR 250, and I forgot how to adjust the power valves. I printed out a article from some site and now I can't find it. If I remember right it had something to do with 12mm's. Help.

That makes 2 of us. I have never seen an adjustable power valve. Must have something to do with secret government peach pie.

You take the cover off the RC valve and turn the arm clockwise.... You then measure the cable that is sticking out of the sleeve and I bleive that distance should be 12 mm. When you rotate it full back the other way the cable should just barely touch the front of the cases.

The power valve is electric with two cables operating the valve. There is a adjustment in the cables that has to be done for it to operate properly.
