I am replacing my fork seals and dust seals because of a recent leak, they lasted over a year. I was wondering high much fluid I should put back in. I have heard a rumor to put a little less than recommend spec to ease the harsh fork. I am an Intermediate racer who also is a dirt jumper in Vegas. So I am sometimes hitting pretty good sized jumps.(100'-160') most of the time with a good landing. Any other recommendations while I have the forks completely apart? Your thoughts?

120mm with the springs out, the forks compressed, the cartridge bled and the oil pushed from between the tubes is a good place to start. For freestyle stuff you could go a bit more than that if you like but, as I recall, those forks were plenty stiff.
