Time to start another resto! The MC400 has half an engine, missing a myriad of parts, and I already ordered a new DEP pipe and silencer for it. Talk about putting the cart before the horse!
Been awhile...finally found a used bottom end in St. Louis. Good because it came with a near perfect clutch assy. The crank is wasted but I was after the case halves. My other 400 halves are toast, well, I can have the left side machined but maybe for a spare? I hope this one can be ready by next spring. I will still need to get the rear shocks rebuilt and find a myriad of small parts. I really want to get this one done for showing at Red Bud 2014. I really, really, want to find an OSSA Phantom 250 though...My next! Unless I find a Super Rat first :boss:
