I need to thank Dirt Week 03 for the incentive to "try" to get in shape. So far it's worked. Workout 40 minutes 5 days a week and watch what I eat. Since June 1st. I've lost 20lbs and feel better than I have in years. Just one more thing good about going to DW. :yeehaw:
