I observed a wide range of physical fitness while at Dirt Week. I thought it would be good to show future attendees the importance of proper physical training in preparation for DW 2K3.
Take this example of PapaKeith. Note his erect posture, shoulders held high and back, the relaxed and confident look on his face, and the lack of sweat stains on his shirt. This is a fine example of a rider who has properly followed a vigorous diet and training program for his appearance at DW.

Now compare this poor soul who obviously didn't properly prepare. Just look at the slumped shoulders, slouching posture, sweat stained T-shirt, and worst of all the swollen tongue hanging from the gasping mouth.

It is pitiful that rider would let himself go to pot in this manner.
Lets all vow to be in perfect health and physical condition by DW 2K3!
