5 or six years ago Red Bud made a modification to their track that I thought was one of the most awesome sections I had ever seen at any National. It was the section after the famous downhill ski jump. They would leap off the ski jump go down through the valley and then leap up into the old apple orchard while pinned in 5th gear. I could stand there all day and watch. I remember one year when Fro and MC would come through the botoom portion of that section riding wheelies through the deep ruts wide open, it was unreal! A couple of years ago they went back to turning left at the bottom of the hill and I could never figure out why. I wish they would put it back like it was.
