same song and dance ttr 125 carb issues??

ok here it is.... ttr 125 same old no start hard start. i cleaned the carb up good rejetted with a 110/17.5 jets. she fired up first kick, ideled well but now anything past half throttle it begins to surge and starts back firing or popping loudly. the only other mod on the bike is an White bros R4 exaust system. im stumped on the thing can someone help??

Where is the fuel screw set?

Have you done anything to the airbox?

Valve clearances ok?

How old is the plug?

Air filter clean?

I Can Only Find One Adjustment Screw On The Carb And I Just Adjusted It To Where It Idles Nicely. No Mods To The Air Box Itself But It Does Have A\ Aftermarket Filter, It Is Clean. Has A New Plug. I Havent Checked Valve Clearence, But The Last Time I Had It Running Before I Cleaned The Carb And Rejetted Due To Hard Starting And Idle Issues It Was Running Decent.
