My YZ85 leaks out all of its gas that I put in, I put in about 2 gallons and mixed it with the Yamalube 50:1 it ran for about two days of just easy riding at my house. I already checked the gas shutoff valve but I had trouble fixing it, any suggestions on a better way to fix it without taa king it apart?

Where is the gas leaking out from?

Could it be that your float it stuck open on your carb, causing it to leak out the overflow?

If so, take the carb off.. Tear it down and clean it.

It's leaking out the overflow hose, I checked the carb. but I didn't see any problem. But I will try what you said. I'm pretty sure thats the problem.

Just take the carb off, then remove the float bowl and clean everything..

I had the same thing happen on my YZ85 last summer.. there was a very small grain of dirt on the float valve.. Once cleaned, not had a problem with it.

Might need to get an inline filter. I did, I don't trust the screen on the petcock. You can use a "lawnmower" filter from an autoparts store.. Just make sure to get one with 1/4 inch ends..
