#4's front numberplate

Anyone know what brand of front numberplate team Honda runs on their bikes?? Thanks in advance.

The front plate is a works part, but the guys at Throttle Jockey said that they are considering producing one just like it when I talked to them at Indy. If you want one, maybe a few phone calls would convince them to do it.

what about the numbers? Those 4's look pretty trick too. Dose anybody know what make those are, or if they're custom?
