I have a knocking noise coming from my clutch area on my 97 CR250). I installed a new crank, rod and piston. Also rebuilt the water pump, all tranny parts were inspected and are within the service limits. I inspected the clutch basket, it is a hinson. And it has play in it when I pull and push on it from both sides. Is the needle bearing and collor known to go bad. I beleive this may be my problem. Has anyone else experienced this type of proble.
