What about the player that remembers late and follows the rule and does not put picks in?

If it were up to me, I would enforce the rule. Any exceptions should be passed on to all of the other players. 809 has been late 2 times now. If anything I would allow all players 1 late pick only. meaning we would count Bonehead's but 809 has already cash his late coupon.

It needs to be fair to all. Just because your mom says you are special does not mean we do.

Since this is all for fun I just dont see the problem. If it was after qualifying I would understand.
