CR500 Cracked Cylinder

Well the fellow at the bike shop called back about my bike saying the liner is cracked. Should I re-sleeve or go used? It is an '88, and not real fancy, however I was real attached to the powerband of the engine which had been ported by somebody called "CWE" (on the side of the cylinder). What should I do?

If you really like how the power felt with the port job I would just re-sleeve it.

I would resleeve it. Its probably alot cheaper. Go with a LA Sleeve brand I use it in my CR 500 and it lasts alot longer than stock and its cheaper.
