pw80 pitbike fork oil and oil level

I am hoping to get thses forks done this weekend. Does anyone know what weight fork oil is best for say 150lb rider? I read 6.5 inches from the top but am open to suggestions.

Standard is 15wt and 172mm (5.5 in). I would probably try 20 wt at 4.5 inches, but I have never even bothered with mine. You want it stiffer, not softer.

So more air less oil = Stiffer. Right? heavier oil and stiff springs should work together well too?

Actually, I was saying the opposite, less air=stiffer at the bottom of the stroke. The measurement is from the top of the leg. Thicker oil will encounter more resistance in movement. Be careful though, if you push the stock stuff too hard, it will break, and it might not be the fork components.
