YZ85 Help? Not Starting?

There is gas in the tank but is it getting to the carb? If it's getting to the carb is the carb dirty? Chances are you need to clean the carb to at least eliminate that issue. This means really cleaning it as it take it apart and use a good quality carb cleaner to get everything spotless. Check each of the jets by hold them to a light and make sure you can see light.

I didnt recieve my service manual I ordered. Do I just take off my seat to take off my carb? or is that the air filter
